Imagine Dragons was good, EA Sports sucks
During Super Bowl week in Minneapolis, I attended this event. The Armory, the venue, had a lot of neat history and was really cool. It was renovated mainly to host these events during the SB week.
The Kitchen Dwellers were awesome as expected! They put on a great show, like I heard they do. I'm really glad I got to see them.
My only gripe is that in between the sets of Machine Gun Kelly and The Kitchen Dwellers, there was a large gap of time. EA Sports thought it would be a good idea for the crowd to be subjected to watching random people play video games on the big screen for what seemed like an hour. It was really awful. The crowd wasn't pleased, with boos galore, and people started chanting "THE KITCHEN DWELLERS" in unison, hoping they'd come to their senses and turn it off. Unfortunately, they did not. We had to wait an agonizing amount of time for the corporate sponsors to do their stupid part. So, for that, I would say shame on EA Sports. Nobody wanted to be stuck watching that crap.
